Hello again

I decided to start up one more blog, this time dedicated to the meatier, more significant posts about faith and theology on my other blogs (mostly about Calvinism, world religions, various heresies, atheism, the spiritual world and spiritual warfare, prayer, the end times, evolution vs. creation, some personal ones, some about anxiety and trials, maybe some about politics, etc.).

As I review, update, and correct old posts, I will republish them here, cutting out the fluff.  My hope is to encourage Christians to be good, noble Bereans, to carefully examine what we grew up believing and what we've been told by other Christians, comparing it all against Scripture to make sure it all lines up.

Never let someone else think for you.  And know why you believe what you do.  Have real, solid, biblical reasons for it.  Do the work of a noble Berean and examine Scripture for yourselves.  Know it well so that you can spot error when you see it.

Acts 17:11: “Now the Bereans were of more noble character than the Thessalonians, for they received the message with great eagerness and examined the Scriptures every day to see if what Paul said was true.”

2 Timothy 2:15,4:3-5: "Do your best to present yourself to God as one approved, a workman who does not need to be ashamed and who correctly handles the word of truth... For the time will come when men will not put up with sound doctrine.  Instead, to suit their own desires, they will gather around them a great number of teachers to say what their itching ears want to hear.  They will turn their ears away from the truth and turn aside to myths.  But you, keep your head in all situations ..."

2 Timothy 3:16-17“All Scripture is God-breathed and is useful for teaching, rebuking, correcting and training in righteousness, so that the man of God may be thoroughly equipped for every good work.”

Okay now...
